Hunt whitetail deer in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies
We offer good quality whitetails in our hunting area. Typically, you will see 140″ to 160″ Bucks, with a great possibility of seeing the “Timber Bruiser” that will make the 170″ to 180″ dream come true! The hunting area offers an abundance of open meadows so shooting distance could be as little as 50 to 400 yards. We only take four hunters, two each week, to keep our harvest numbers low and our trophy quality exceptional!
THE HUNT
This hunt is very productive for big quality timber whitetails. Booking time is in prime rutting season in the foothills of the rockies.
The hunt includes pick up from Calgary International Airport with transportation to the staging area, to load gear in quad & hit the trail. Half hour ride to a remote camp location, with no vehicle access. The camp consists of two heated wall tents, with comfortable cots. Hunting may be done by spot & stalk, utilizing scent drags & rattling to increase your opportunity for that big trophy buck! Heated ground blinds are also setup in strategic locations for optimal hunting. Some walking is required but mainly flat ground and a maximum of 20 minutes to each blind location.
