- All prices are in US Dollars
CONTRACT & WAIVERS
- Once you have booked your hunt a contract and waiver will be sent to you by mail or email. You will then return the completed contract and waiver, signed, along with the deposit for the hunt to be considered booked.
- While maintaining all reasonable care and precaution for the safety of our hunters and non-hunters, Timberline Guiding or any of its employees or personnel, will not accept responsibility for injury, illness, or accident of any nature, lost or broken equipment, or costs arising therefrom.
FIREARMS DECLARATION
- A Non-Resident Firearm Declaration Form (CAFC 909) is all you require to bring a firearm into Canada. A bow is not a firearm and requires no forms for entry. Click here to download the Firearms Declaration Form
- Fill out the form in triplicate before arriving, do NOT sign the form until you arrive at customs, where an officer will have to witness the signature and collect a $25cnd registration fee.

ENTERING CANADA
- All non-Canadians coming to Canada from other countries must comply with Canadian immigration rules and regulations regarding legal admission to Canada regardless of intention or reason for coming to Canada.
- You will need a valid passport to enter into Canada. If you have a criminal record or D.U.I. charges you will have to deal with this months before your hunt commences.
- It is your responsibility to make sure you will not be denied access into Canada. Refused entry by Canada Customs is not sufficient reason for a hunt refund.
